Upgrade/Downgrade Tips

The following are some tips for upgradingthe RG-WLAN Series Access Controller RGOS 11.1(5)B81P3:

n Use the show version command to check thecurrent firmware before upgrade/downgrade. Select proper upgrade/downgrade modeaccording to the current firmware and the target firmware.

n During the upgrade and downgrade, pay attentionto the prompt messages. If failures occur, please save the log and contact usfor technical assistance.

n During the upgrade and downgrade, it isrecommended you not power off or reset the system, or plug/unplug any module.

n  Usethe show version command to check the firmware after the upgrade/downgrade.

n The AP of version 11.1(5)B8P3 can be connectedto the AC of version 11.1(5)B8P3 and 11.1(5)B9.
