The China Annual IT Customer Satisfaction Meeting was held on August 27, 2009. The sponsors, Users Committee of China Quality Association and CCW Research, announced the results of China IT customer satisfaction research 2009. Ruijie Networks, an industry-leading network equipment and solution provider, won two awards: Top Customer Satisfaction in Education Industry and Top Customer Satisfaction in Banking Industry.

More than 100,000 customers in 34 industries (including government, banking industry, and telecom industry) across 31 provinces participated in the research. As an important event in China’s IT market, the research has great implications for ICT integration and brand reputation and is an important reference for predicting the trend of IT market.
By now, Ruijie Networks won the Top Customer Satisfaction in Education Industry twice and Top Customer Satisfaction in Banking Industry once. Other award winners include international enterprises such as HP, Intel, and Samsung.
