To help you discern market changes and adapt to technology development and innovation, we would like to inform that the end of sale (EOS) date is 20/04/2021. After this date, we will not accept new orders or capacity expansion orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.


Table 1 describes the end of life milestones, definitions and dates for EOS products.







End of Sale Date

The last date to order the product from Ruijie. Ruijie will not accept new orders or capacity expansion orders after that. The product is not sold any longer after the date.




End of final Software release date

The date of software release, the time of the last formal software release, on which only this version is maintained and repaired




End of Software Maintenance Date

The last date that Ruijie Engineers may release any firmware or provide bug fixes. After this date, Ruijie Engineers will no longer develop, maintain, or test the software of this product.






End Of Life Contract Renewal Date

The last date to extend or renew a service contract for the product. Any service contract extension or renewal will not be accepted beyond the last date.






End of Life Date

The last date of product service period. After this date, all support services for the product will be unavailable.
