Bug ID

Description
When configuring the VLAN ID range-based selective QINQ, there should be no more than 8 VLAN IDs in each range. For example, for the C-TAG based QINQ, the command dot1q outer vid 20 register inner vid 1-8,1-10,12-15 successfully configures two VLAN ID ranges (range 1-8 and range 12-15), and range 1-10 fails to be configured.
Workaround
Perform integrated service planning to avoid assigning discrete VLANs to different services.
