Ruijie Cloud Implementation Cookbook (V2.2)

.  Quick Start

1.1.  Register Ruijie Cloud Account

1)     Visit https://cloud.ruijienetworks.com.

2)     Click Sign up to open the Register page.

3)     Select your country or region.

Note: The Server Hosting is determined by country. Please choose your country correctly, or the device may fail to go online. When the selected country or region does not match the current server, the page will automatically refresh without affecting the registration.

4)     Select your time one.

5)     Enter your Email address and password

Note: One email address can be registered once only.

6)     Enter and confirm the password. Fill in the rest required information and click Sign up.

Note: The password should be a combination of two or more items among numbers, letters and special characters in the length of 5 to 12 characters. Space is not supported.

 

7)     If your information is verified and saved, the registration succeeds.

If the account is not active, the account can be used for 30 days.

 

8)     Activate the account in the Email.12

9)     Activate the account in the Email.

Note: If the customer forget the password when login to Ruijie Cloud, you could reset the password with the guide as below:

 

1)      Visit https://cloud.ruijienetworks.com.

2)      Click Forgot password? to open the Forgot password page.

3)      Enter the Email address for retrieving the password. Click Get Security Code, and enter the security code contained in the Email into the Security Code box.

Note: The Email address is generally the same as the account.

4)      Enter and confirm the new password.  

Note: The password should be a combination of two or more items among numbers, letters and special characters in the length of 5 to 12 characters. Space is not supported.

5)      Click Save. If your information is verified and saved, you can use the new password to log into the system.

 

1.2  Quick provisioning via Mobile APP

1)    If your mobile phone does not have the Ruijie Cloud App installed, please search “Ruijie Cloud” on App Store and install it on your mobile phone. Below is an example of searching “Ruijie Cloud” on Google Play Store. Tap INSTALL to install the App directly.

                            

2)    Ruijie Cloud App provides a quick start to Create Network and Add Device. You can follow the steps below to finish provisioning.

Step1: Tap Create Network to add a new network group. 

Step2: Enter the name of network and SSID.  

Step3: Select the network you created. 

Step4: Tap Add Device. 

Step5: Scan the QR code to add a device (QR code on the back of the device).

Step6: Tap Confirm to complete the operation. Now you can connect to the WiFi and check the device status on Ruijie Cloud App.

 

*   blank For S2910 series and EGs, it requires to configure CWMP template under command line. The configuration sample as below:

1.3  Quick provisioning via Mobile APP (Reyee series)

2      You can follow the steps below to finish provisioning.

Step1: Connect to the WiFi with Reyee AP.

Step2: Choose the SSID of “@Ruijie_XXXX”.

Step3: Check all the devices are detected.

Step4: Add the project name and password.

Step5: Finish the WAN configuration.

Step6: Add the wireless configuration.

Step7: Finish all the configuration.

Step8: Devices all online in Ruijie Cloud.

1.4  Verification

Log in to Ruijie Cloud and click Access Point or Switch on MONITOR > DEVICE to check whether the device is online.
