  • The Kimberly Hotel is a renowned hotel in Hong Kong, located in the bustling shopping and entertainment district of Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon. The hotel offers more than 540 guest rooms, 3 elegant restaurants and bar, a business centre, gym and health spa for their guests. 
  • The hotel received a lot of complaints from customers about the guest network due to the slow network speed and poor Wi-Fi coverage as APs were installed in the corridors. 
  • Located in one of the busiest districts of Hong Kong, Kimberly Hotel is always fully booked. Therefore, minimal interruption of the hotel operations is required during the AP installation process. The hotel also requires minimal cabling and interior design changes to maintain its glamourous outlook.
