Factory Warranty Service is the three-year equipment warranty service by Ruijie
Networks. Within the three-year warranty, users' equipment with hardware faults
are eligible for return-to-depot services provided by Ruijie Networks free of any
material charge, repair charge, and maintenance charge. Meanwhile, the 8x5 service
hotline is available for remote technical support and patches for the equipment
operating systems, etc.
Within the three-year warranty period, Ruijie Networks also provides more professional
and complete support services to users as listed below:
·Keep detailed service records for users
·Build parts inventory
for users' equipment at the same time
·Provide the latest
operating system patches and upgrade programs for users' equipment
·Deliver professional
technical warranty services by dedicated engineers certified by Ruijie Networks
and standardize the interlocking service network.
Service Instruction
1. Service model: return-to-depot service; Repair takes no more than 30 days.
2. Effectiveness of service: Users can buy relevant services as they purchase the
network equipment or raise a purchase request before the expiration of the standard
maintenance service for the network equipment. In this case, the service comes into
effect the next day after the expiration of the standard maintenance service. If
users raise a purchase request after the expiration of the standard maintenance
service, the service comes into effect 30 days after the purchase.
Scope of Application
1. Under any of the following circumstances, Ruijie Networks does not assume service
responsibility.
·The product serial number sheds off, is damaged,
or is indistinct.
·The product has been disassembled, repaired or retrofitted
without the permission of the manufacturer.
·Faults are caused due to the buyers' improper activities
in shipment, loading, unloading, use, maintenance, and storage, for example, lightning
strike, over-voltage, over-current, and water ingress, etc.
·Faults are caused by Force Majeure.
2. In no event shall Ruijie Networks be liable for any user data stored in its products
or relevant to its products in any way. Users are entirely responsible for relevant
data backup and loss.
3. Product installation is not included in the warranty service.
4. Accessories and consumables are not included in warranty service, for example,
product manuals, power cords, electric cables, and trunk interface conversion boxes,
etc.
5. The return-to-depot service is suitable for users with low service-time requirement.
